Hotels-paris-beststay.com is a website operated by Paris Best Stay Reservation
(Central of hotels reservations and services)

All use of the Site and use of booking services are on the terms and conditions below.
This agreement describes the legal framework in which you participate on paris-hotels-beststay.com, what your rights and responsibilities are and what you can expect from us.

Our Services

Booking services are free of charge. So therefore no additional fees are added to the room and services prices, nor will we be charging you a cancellation fee. (If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel)

We operate as a disclosed agent for third party suppliers (the hotels on our site). This means that the contract for the accommodation is between you and the supplier.

Every hotel reservation request made via the Online Reservation System will be transmitted to the appropriate hotel by hotels-paris-beststay.com. Our function is to establish a direct link between hotel properties and Internet users.hotels-paris-beststay.com is not responsible for responses provided by hotel properties to the reservation request.

Secure Booking

Our booking system is secure and your credit card and personal information will be encrypted. We work to high standards and guarantee your privacy.

Guarantee

Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. We will not charge your credit card, as you will pay for your stay directly at the hotel.

Booking Conditions

When you make a booking a legally binding agreement is made when all your details with your credit card references have been entered and you click the "Confirm" button on the appropriate web page. You undertake that the details you provide us with in making a booking are correct.

We confirm your booking by email that stands for a proof of your reservation and that recapitulates all the information concerning your reservation and the hotel (including telephone and fax number). This voucher stands for a guarantee of your reservation we therefore strongly recommend you to bring it with you during your journey.

If you do not receive such email within 4 H, please send us an email at reservation@hotels-paris-beststay.com stating the characteristics of your reservation (your name, that property chosen. Arriving date...).

In case the hotel you had originally chosen is full, we will send you an alternative proposal as close as your initial request (price range, location, type of property…).

This proposal that you would receive from us does not constitute a commitment from your side, you are free to accept it or to refuse it./p>

Modifications and Concellations

All modifications and cancellations must be made via our site using “My reservation”

If you wish to make changes to your reservation (dates, number of rooms) please send us an email at reservation@hotels-paris-beststay.com stating the characteristics of your reservation (reservation N°, your name, that property chosen. Arriving date...).we will do our best to make the requested changes to your reservation.

If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee an equivalent for 1 night stay.

Responsibility

Our web site and services are based on the information provided by the hotels; for this reason the hotels remain responsible for the correctness of this information. We can therefore not guarantee that all the information is accurate and faultless, nor can we be held responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the supplied information.

For any disputes arising at the hotel what ever the reason may be (greeting, level of quality and comfort…). Hotels-Paris-beststay.com shall not be held responsible.

The above terms and conditions are proposed in two languages (French -English), however, only French text should be referred to in case of dispute and any legal procedure will have to be based on the French version of this text.
